Yes. We coordinate directly with your insurance company to get your repair approved, handling the back-and-forth so you don’t have to. If additional damage is found once we’re into the repair, we communicate it and coordinate approval before moving forward.
What does your Limited Lifetime Warranty actually cover?
Legacy Collision Center offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on qualifying repairs — in plain language, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Coverage details vary by repair type, so ask our team for the specific terms that apply to your job before any work begins.
Are your technicians actually certified?
Yes. Our team is ASE and I-CAR certified, with more than 40 years of combined industry experience across collision and mechanical work. That certification is professional training and industry-recognized standards, not just years on the job.
What if I can’t make it in during business hours?
Give us a call or send us an estimate request and we’ll work something out. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday by appointment.
Is my vehicle secure while it’s in your shop?
Yes. Our entire facility is fully fenced and secure, so your vehicle is protected from the moment it’s dropped off until the moment it’s handed back.
Do you handle mechanical repairs, or just collision work?
Both. We handle full mechanical repairs and diagnostics in-house, and Certified Automotive Experts — our mechanical partner — operates out of the same facility. Engine, suspension, electrical, and collision work are all handled under one roof by a team you already trust.
